Panang curry is a kind of dried curry in Thai food menu which uses the thicker portion of coconut cream. It can be cooked with meat such as chicken, beef, or lamb and is always seasoned with sliced kaffir lime leaves and chilli as additional components to make it more delicious.

1. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok over medium heat and fry Organic Panang Curry Paste for about 1 minute until its aromatic taste is released.
Then pour organic coconut milk and stir until the oil starts separating on the surface. Add 50ml of water until boiling.
2. Add Organic Panang Curry seasoning. Mix well together for about 2 minutes.
3. Add about 200g of your desired meat. Stir the mixture for approximately 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
4. Add Organic Dried Herbs. Mix well together and serve in a bowl.
