Cooking Preparation:

  1. Pour the wholespelt cous cous into a heat proof dish.
  2. Add double the amount of boiling water over the cous cous and cover.
  3. Leave to stand for 5-10 minutes
  4. Then fluff up with a fork. At this stage, you can season and/or add vegetables.
  5. The cous cous is now ready to serve.
