Recommended Usage
It is traditionally prepared by steaming it with momigara (rice bran). You can try sprinkle it with salt and roast with nuka (powdered rice bran) in a pan. It can also be mixed with minced chicken and stir-fried in sesame oil, ginger and garlic. If you’d like to, you can add in Tabasco for that extra kick.
