Health Paradise organic miled flaxseed has a mild, nutty flavour similar to wheatgerm. It’s rich content of nutrients include omega-3 fatty acids, fibre, zinc, iron, Vitamin E, and calcium. Milled flaxseed is excellent for making low carb baked goods, and adding nutrition to other foods.
Take 2 to 4 tablespoons daily as a source of fibre and plant based Omega-3s. Add to traditional foods that are nutrient-deficient and lack fibre. Stir into juice, water, or smoothies, sprinkle on dishes or salads, or mix into yogurt.
