Organic black rice has a mild, nutty flavour with a chewy texture. It is grown using rice and shrimp crop rotation in the Mekong Delta, Vietnam. Produced with eco-friendly farming practices, without the use of chemicals, pesticides, or herbicides. It is very high in iron and vitamin E. How To Use
1.) Put 1 cup of Ecoba organic black rice in a pot with water and rinse two times. Then soak rice for 20 mins.
2.) Put 1.8 cup to 2 cups of water into 1 cup of rice. Add more or less water to preferred taste.
3. ) Cook the rice for about 30- 40 minutes, till water is boiled and rice is well cooked, then open the lid and stir rice for a few seconds.
4.) Rice is ready for serving. Good taste if served hot.
