Made from organic rye berries that have been steamed and then flattened with steel rollers, rye flakes are lower in gluten and glycemic index. Rye has a nutty taste while the flakes tend to remain firm  and not clump together. A nutrient-rich wholegrain rich in fibre, protein, vitamins (B-Complex & E), and minerals (especially manganese, potassium, phosphorus, and magnesium). Perfect for a nourishing breakfast and for adding to baked goods to increase their nutritional value.
