The organic quinoa plain noodle is made from quinoa. Quinoa known to be a “Super grain” is nutrient rich and a good source of fiber and phosphorus, magnesium and iron. Low in fat and carbohydrates, it is the only grain that contains all nine essential amino acids required for tissue growth and repair as compared to all other grains.
Recommended Usage
Soak in boiling water for a minute or two to loosen the noodles. Use a fork to break up and untangle the noodles. Drain. Add the noodles to vegetables or meat in the last 2 minutes of cooking/stir frying. Use tongs to toss until the noodles are well combined and heated through.
