Dr Gram Organic Buckwheat Flat Noodle are made using certified organic hulled buckwheat and certified organic plain flour, sea salt and filtered water. Buckwheat is known to be rich in protein, B Vitamins, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, folate, zinc, copper, and manganese. It is also high in fibre and is a rich source of flavonoids, particularly rutin.
