Organic foods do not contain any preservatives, and are perishable by nature. You are advised to consume your foods soon after receiving them. Please follow storage instructions as indicated on the labels to prevent your foods from spoilage.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us at email@example.com or call us at 62766535 within 7 days of your delivery date and we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the matter.
We accept refunds for damaged or faulty goods. As far as we inspect your goods and pack everything carefully, there may be external factors beyond our control. If your order somehow arrived damaged or faulty, kindly send us photo evidence together with your receipt to our email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please discard the defective product.
We will examine the photos and a customer service staff will follow-up with you within 7 working days. Refunds will be done using the same method of payment that was used for your purchase. Note that refund requests must done within 14 days of your delivery date.
