Easy fix Heng Hua Noodles
Ingredients
- Sesame Oil
- Garlic
- Shallots
- Ginger
- Vegetable/Meat/ Seafood of your choice
- ½ Oyster Sauce
- Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Sole Fish Powder
- 500ml Pork Broth
- 500ml Water
- 2 Tablespoon ‘Hua Diao Jiu’ (cooking rice wine)
- 4 Bundles of Buckwheat Henghua Noodles
Instructions
- Heat sesame sauce on the pan and fry garlic, shallots & ginger
- Add in meat at this point if you have it as your preferred ingredient
- When it is partially cooked, season with ½ tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar & pepper
- Add in seafood at this point if you have it as your preferred ingredient
- Add sole fish powder
- Add in broth, water and Hua Diao
- When the stock boils, add in the noodles
- Add in the vegetable(s) at this point if you have it as your preferred ingredient
- Braise for 15 minutes
